You can buy a ticket for the excursion online via our website, in the Destina business office at Obala Juričev Ive Cota box no. 3 in Vodice or at our authorized partners.

For online reservations through our website, payment is possible with credit and debit cards (Visa, Diners, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard). In our business office, you can pay in cash (exclusively in Croatian kuna) and bank cards.

At selling points of our partners, payment methods depend on individual payment terms. On our ships, you can only pay in cash in Croatian currency.

We do not guarantee a free place without a prior reservation. We recommend you book your ticket at least one day before the tour. You can book a ticket in our business office at the address Obala Juričev Ive Cota box no.3, by phone at +385914045140 or by email info@destina-vodice.hr.

For each reservation through our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation note of the reservation to your email address.

If you want to cancel or change the existing reservation, contact us at +385914045140 or send an email to info@destina-vodice.hr. For tickets purchased or booked at our partners, you can change or cancel it at their selling points or via their email addresses.

If you cancel your reservation 12 hours before an excursion, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you do not inform us about the cancellation of an excursion, or do not show up on board, you lose the right to a refund.

In case you cancel the reservation through our website, please contact us by phone or email, and we will abort it. Refunds are made after your notice, and the refund period depends on the bank where you have an account.

If you have booked a ticket at our partners, please report the booking information to their selling points or contacts, and you will get a full refund.

The captains of Destina's fleet carefully monitor several weather forecast models on which they form a weekly excursion schedule.

Often the weather forecasts do not correspond to the real situation on the day of the excursion and do not affect the realization of the same.

In case the weather forecast adversely affects passengers' safety, the captains make decisions to cancel an excursion.

If an excursion is cancelled, we will notify you on time through the contacts you left when booking.

In case you want to replace the existing reservation, we will transfer it to a new date. If you cannot choose another excursion date, we will provide a refund at the selling point where you booked it.

All our ships meet the Croatian Register of Shipping requirements and are equipped with the appropriate number of life jackets, pneumatic rafts and all necessary firefighting equipment.

Additionally, all ships are equipped with toilets, closed saloons and their upper decks are partially covered.

Ships’ capacities have been reduced according to the recommendations of the Croatian Institute of Public Health. All crew members measure body temperature upon arrival at work, and all use protective masks and gloves.

All passengers measure body temperature and disinfect their hands at the entrance of the ship. Disinfectants are placed on the ships, both at the entrance and in the sanitary facilities. During breaks, while passengers are outside, the crew cleans and disinfects the ships.

Masks are not required for passengers.

Pets are allowed on Destina ships and the National Parks Krka and Kornati and Nature Park Telašćica. The only condition is that the pet is on a leash during the excursion.

Persons with reduced mobility and persons in wheelchairs can enter/embark and disembark on the ship. The size of our ships enables a smooth stay on board.

KRKA NATIONAL PARK

Persons with reduced mobility and wheelchairs have access to Skradinski Buk on a footpath on wooden bridges and a white road, from the ethnographic village and the central lookout point over the waterfalls to the bottom of Skradinski Buk. Access is not possible from the waterfalls to HPP Krka.

NATURE PARK TELAŠĆICA

Persons with reduced mobility and wheelchairs have access to Salt Lake Mir by a white road and promenades around the lake. Due to the steep slope, it is not recommended to go to the lookout point.

You don't have to be a swimmer on our excursions. If you are not a swimmer, you can enjoy other outdoor activities like walking, sunbathing and of course, sightseeing the beauty of the National Parks and Nature Park.

Boarding starts an hour before departure in the central city port in Vodice.

If you are boarding at the dock near the water slide, below the Olympia Hotel, for a trip to the Krka National Park, boarding starts 15 minutes before departure.

Parking lots in Vodice are divided into several parking zones. Check parking locations and prices.

The closest locations to the city port are Obala Vladimira Nazora and Grgura Ninskoga Street.

All Destina ships are suitable for children in baby strollers.

As part of the free time for sightseeing, there is a break for swimming on our excursions. Please check the details in the excursion description.

No food can be purchased on board, but all ships are equipped with a bar where you can buy hot and cold drinks.

Payment on board is exclusively in cash in HRK.

Our excursions do not include the possibility of scuba diving. If you want to dive with a mask and snorkel on one of the tours, please bring your equipment.

You will feel most comfortable in sports and casual clothes when on board. We recommend that you bring a bathing suit, shoes and a beach towel. In summer, we recommend a hat and a sunscreen.

We recommend you wear layer clothes in the spring and autumn and bring a wind or lighter jacket.

Your shoes should be comfortable and with a low heel, and be sure to bring your bathing shoes.
